Don’t Rain On My Parade

I rendezvoused with my lovely girlfriends to catch up.I was excited to wear this long, pink tulle skirt, my sister Arianne gave me last Christmas. I paired it with my mom’s chiffon blouse, which was my Christmas gift to her. I love how flowy it was and how girly it made me feel. I made sure that every piece I used complimented my skirt but do not grab the attention I wanted it to have.

COLOR BURST(January 21, 2012)
I decided to have this ensemble with pops of color today.I was wishing to have that perfect wide-leg pants. I saw a lot in the mall but it’s either I hate the fabric used or I had a problem with the length. Eye Catcher
It is simply…RED.
I decided to wear my red pants today at work. I still need to boost my spirit. I know it is a loud color but that’s what makes it attractive.
I remember when I went to Mango, this immediately caught my attention. It was placed on the rack at the back of the shop. And it talked to me. I feel like I have to buy it there and then.

Good Vibes
Yes, that’s all I need. It was the start of the week and I felt bad for the past few days. Things had made me feel so down that I need to uplift my spirit.
You know what helped me?
Shoes: One of the secret to every woman’s happiness. It uplifts us and brings back our confidence whenever we wear one. When it comes to heels, the higher, the better! It makes us more confident and we feel sexy even if we don’t show some skin.
So I decided to wear my babies out in the streets.
I chose another casual and laid back ensemble because it was really warm outside and I don’t want to wear really fit clothes that will make it hard for me to move. I added the my favorite scarf to add some colors and to “funk-ify” my look.

Unfortunately, I only have one decent outfit photo due to my brother’s shaky hands. I think we had a lot of failed shots but they were all too blurry. Worst case :|
We ended up arguing because he was not in the mood to take my photos. So I had to take pictures on my own which is really difficult because I had to use the mirror and our wall. Bad vibes right?
